The process of setting goals is not
something new. It’s a key ingredient,
alongside coaching environments, to high
performing teams. Regardless of the
approach taken to goal-setting, the end
result is to drive excellence and maintain
alignment of efforts to business priorities.
We now introduce, the OKR”s. If you’re like me, it took a while to understand what this one meant. It’s not even close to KPI’s. (Key Performance Indicators)
It’s somewhat close to MBO’s (management by objectives) and similar to SMART. What we have is the OKR’s. The Organizations Key Results.
